W dniach 18-20 września 2015 roku odbyły się na Międzynarodowym Uniwersytecie Helleńskim w Salonikach 2 międzynarodowe warsztaty na temat obszaru Morza Czarnego w starożytności.Wzięło w nim udział 23 prelegentów z większości krajów leżących nad Morzem Czarnym oraz kilku innych krajów. Polskę reprezentował dr Alfred Twardecki z wykładem: "Polish excavations at Tyritake 2008-2014: A small revolution in archaic architecture".
