National Museum in Warsaw begins this July first archeological campaign in Olbia. Polish archeologists will begin digging at July 9th at this site thank to financial support of the Ministry of Culture and National Heritage after signing an agreement between National Museum in Warsaw and Institute of Archaeology of the National Academy of Science of Ukraine.

Presentation of the Tyritake publication in Kiev
At the 2nd October 2015 took place in the National Art Museum in Kiev a presentation of the book "Tiritaka, an Antique Settlement of the Bosporus Cimmerian". The event was organized together with Polish Institute in Kiev.

Tyritake at 2nd International Workshop on the Black Sea in Antiquity
23 distinguished speakers from all Black Sea and other countries had joined the workshop which was held at the International Hellenic University in Thermi and was open and free to the public. Poland was represented by Dr Alfred Twardecki with presentation: Polish excavations at Tyritake 2008-2014: A small revolution in archaic architecture.
Post-conference publication
In very last days of the year 2014 appears publication: "Tyritake, Antique Site at Cimmerian Bosporus". It is collection of the articles – lectures – presented during international conference dedicated to this site, which took place in the National Museum in Warsaw in October 2013. Originally the conference and the publication should sum up first phase of the Polish excavations there.
Lecture of Mrs Alla Kotina, PhD
Mrs Alla Kotina, PhD, fellow od the Gauda Poloniae scholarship in our Museum, wil at wendsday 4.06.2014 give a lecture "World of Gods and People in Bosporan coroplastic" in room 207 of the Institute of Archaeology of the Warsaw University.
Polish archaeological mission at Tyritake suspended
Due to the situation at Crimea and Ukraine as well after recommendation of the Polish Foreign Office all visits to Crimea held as part of our project are suspended.

Visit at the trench
At May 21st 2013 director of the mission visited trench of the polish archaeological expedition to estimate conservatory conditions of the object before start of the work-season. Unfortunately the trench meet with a partially degradation in the consequence of stealing of the safety net protecting banks of the trench. After intensive rains wide parts of the netless bank collapsed.
14th Bosporan Reading finished
At 24th May finished 14th Bosporan Reading, an international scientific conference, assembling scholars with interest to the history of the Bosporan Kingdom in ancient and medieval time. The conference took place in Kerch (Crimea, Ukraina) for 5 days (20-24th May). During the conference was presented over 100 papers, presentations and posters.
